Upper-Back Elbow Strike
(Widwi Palkup Taerigi)

This technique is used for
attacking the front and
rear simultaneously and is
chiefly executed from a
walking stance in the form
of a reverse strike though
occasionally sitting,
parallel, close and
X-stances are used. When
the right elbow is in front,
the strike is called a right
upper back elbow strike
and vice versa. Be sure to
keep the side fist faced
upward with the body half
facing at the moment of
impact.
