Welcome to the 5th issue of the Blue Cottage Taekwon-Do newsletter. It's
going to be an exciting couple of months. The Chang Hun Championships
which took place last week turned out great (good job Mr. Benedetto) and
the upcoming International Referees course the first in the country. I met
with alot of people during the last week and are getting some great
