Master Deb Risko, 7th Degree Black Belt and Head Instructor, has been studying,
instructing and competing in Taekwon-Do for over 25 years. She is an International
Bronze medallist and National Champion as well as the Technical Advisor for the United
Taekwon-Do Federation and Internationally recognized Master Instructor..

The facility boasts a large workout area including mat system floor that is more
forgiving on backs and knees. Other equipment includes: stand-alone heavy bags for
individual use and shields and focus gloves for partner use.
