Master of the Month
Master Parm Rai
Master Rai began his training in 1979. He is a recently
promoted 7th Degree Black Belt and 6 time Canadian
Champion as well as North American, Pan American, and
British Isles Champion. In October of 2004 Master Rai was
selected to be "Special Assistant to the President", Grand
Master Choi Jung Hwa, son of the Founder of
Taekwon-Do. Master Rai is also a member of our technical
committee and he travels the world to ensure that
Taekwon-Do is being handed down correctly.
